Service 03 · PPC Advertising

Google & Meta ads managed by someone with zero markup on your spend.

Paid ads are the fastest way to put your business in front of a customer — and the fastest way to burn money if nobody’s watching the numbers. I build and manage Google and Meta campaigns for Central Kentucky small businesses with one standing rule: your ad spend passes through at cost, with no markup, so my only incentive is making it work.

The honest version

I’ll tell you when NOT to run ads.

Most agencies take a percentage of your ad spend, which means they get paid more when you spend more — whether it works or not. I don’t. Ad spend is pass-through at cost, my management fee is flat and published, and if your budget would do more good fixing your website or your Google listing first, I’ll say so at the Blueprint Session and save you the money.

When ads are the right call, they’re pointed at high-intent local searches — the person in your service area typing exactly what you sell — with conversion tracking wired up from day one, so we’re counting phone calls and booked jobs, not impressions.

What you get

  • Conversion tracking that worksPhone calls, form submissions, and direction requests tracked properly, so we know what the spend actually earned.

Where I work

Serving the Bluegrass, one town at a time.

Campaigns get geo-targeted to the towns your customers actually live in — I run local ads for businesses in Winchester · Lexington · Richmond · Georgetown · Mount Sterling · Nicholasville · Paris · Versailles — and the rest of Central Kentucky. If you’re in the Bluegrass and run a small business, you’re in my service area.

Straight answers

Paid ads questions I hear the most.

What’s the minimum budget to run ads?

It depends on your trade and your town — a niche service in Winchester needs less than a crowded category in Lexington. At the Blueprint Session I’ll give you a real starting number for your situation, and if that number wouldn’t buy enough clicks to matter, I’ll tell you to wait.

Google Ads or Facebook ads — which one?

Google catches people already searching for what you sell; Meta puts you in front of people who fit your customer profile before they search. Trades and urgent services usually start with Google. Restaurants, retail, and events often do better on Meta. Plenty of businesses need neither yet — and I’ll say so.

How do you charge for ad management?

Flat and published: $400 for a single campaign setup with 30 days of management, or ongoing management inside a monthly partnership. Your ad spend passes through at cost with zero markup — I never take a percentage of it.

How fast do paid ads work?

Fast — that’s their job. Where SEO compounds over months, a well-built campaign can put you in front of buyers this week. The tradeoff is that it stops the day you stop paying, which is why I usually pair ads with the slower, compounding work.

Do I own my ad accounts?

Yes, always. The Google and Meta accounts are yours, the data is yours, and you can see every dollar. If we ever part ways, you keep everything — no held-hostage accounts.
