I build fast, clean, mobile-first websites for Central Kentucky small businesses — shops, trades, and restaurants from Winchester to Lexington and every town between. One person does the whole job: the design, the copy, the build, the launch. Flat prices, published right on this site, and when it’s done, you own every piece of it.
Around here, most business still starts with a recommendation. But the next thing that person does is pull out their phone and look you up. What they find in those ten seconds either confirms the recommendation or quietly kills it — and a slow site, a broken menu, or a page that won’t load on a phone kills more of them than most owners ever know.
I build sites around one job: getting the person who just found you to call, book, or walk in. That means the phone number sits where thumbs land, the pages load fast on a spotty rural connection, and every button goes exactly where it says it will.

I build websites for small businesses across the Bluegrass — based in Winchester, working with owners in Winchester · Lexington · Richmond · Georgetown · Mount Sterling · Nicholasville · Paris · Versailles — and the rest of Central Kentucky. If you’re in the Bluegrass and run a small business, you’re in my service area.
Mine are flat-priced and published: $750 for a single-page site, $2,500 for a 5-page local business site, $4,500 for a 10-page growth site with a blog, and custom builds quoted from $6,500. No “contact for quote” games — you know the number before we ever talk.
It depends on the scope and how quickly photos and details come together, so I won’t quote a one-size-fits-all number here. What I will do is give you a real date at the Blueprint Session — based on your actual project — and then hit it.
No. A build is a one-time project and you own the result outright. If you want ongoing help — updates, SEO, posting — that’s what the monthly partnerships are for, but they’re optional and month-to-month after the minimum.
Sometimes, yes — and when a fix is the right call, I’ll tell you that instead of selling you a rebuild. The site audit is $300, written in plain English, and it’s yours to act on whether you hire me or not.
For some businesses, honestly, they’re fine — and I’ll say so at the Blueprint Session if that’s you. Where a professional build earns its keep is speed, local SEO, and conversion: the things that decide whether the site actually produces phone calls.
Thirty minutes, free, no pitch. I’ll walk through your current site — or your plan for a first one — and give you three to five fixes ranked by impact. If you don’t need a new website, I’ll tell you that too.
